This family vacation house is located on a bluff on the northern Oregon coast and has sweeping views of the coastal mountainsides, the beach, and out over the Pacific Ocean. The main living space of the house is located on the upper level and connects to the frontcourt of an older family home via a short bridge. The lower level of the house has three of the four bedrooms and an entry from the driveway and carport. The Carport has a flat "green roof" planted with sedums and native plants.
