The Portland event was a great opportunity to bring the talented employees of Green Gables together to design and build an entry for the Kows for Kids charity fundraiser. We are proud to have worked together to create a beautiful bovine that raised $30,000 for the charities, New Avenues for Youth & Trillium Family Services. Details include sweeping hornlike bargeboards, bowlegged posts, and joists with udder inlays. The cow now sits as a folly in a large garden at a residence in the SW hills of Portland.
